Covid, bifido

Over time, covid shots or their transmission kill off bifido bacteria - a foundational gut bacteria that supports digestion, immune balance and brain function by producing nutrients, blocking pathogens and maintaining a healthy gut. Doesn’t matter if it’s from the shot directly or just being around someone who’s had it – either way you’re getting exposed to synthetic spike proteins that mess with your gut lining.
ACE2 receptors are proteins found on cells through the body, esp in gut/lungs/heart. They regulate inflammation, bp & gut integrity & are also the main entry point for spike proteins to bind and cause damage. Spike proteins attach to and cause inflammation, damage the tight junctions (ie leaky gut) and destroy the oxygen-free environment that bifido needs to survive.
You don’t always notice the effects right away, but give it enough time and your gut will start falling apart unless there is significant healing and restoration of the necessary bacteria.
Bifido is crucial for health. When it goes, everything goes. IBS, SIBO, food reactions, fatigue, histamine problems, constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, joint pain, skin issues, mood swings, brain fog... Mental processing slows down and the immune system gets confused – underreacts to real problems and overreacts to harmless ones.
People with gut issues may take garlic or oil of oregano and feel better short-term because they knock back the worst of the overgrowth. But those herbs increase gut oxygen and bifido is an obligate anaerobe – it can’t live in that kind of environment. So each round causes further setbacks - Probiotics don’t take root and healing is a constant uphill climb with rapid falls.
As always - the terrain has to be fixed first. Be sure your liver is working well and stay on top of detox pathways. They must always be free-flowing!
Gotta be going to the bathroom once for every meal. Less than that = constipation and you'll just recirculate toxic junk.
Some suggestions for restoring health:
Use nicotine – patch or gum, clean and low-dose. More on that here It regulates ACE2 receptor signalling, calms inflammation, activates the vagus nerve and stops your immune system from attacking the gut lining. It also improves motility and nerve flow, so you digest better and move things through properly.
Methylene blue daily – more = more. It restores mitochondria, helps colon cells recover their function, reduces nitric oxide, and brings the oxygen level in the gut back down where it should be. That’s what makes it safe again for bifido to come back.
Ivermectin blocks spike protein, clears lingering inflammation, and helps knock down gram-negatives and parasites that move in when bifido is gone. Also stops new spike exposure from doing as much damage if you’re around vaxxed people.
Once all of that is in place, you can start bringing in the bifido again with the right strains and support – the ones that actually recolonise the colon and outcompete pathogens long-term.
Some people don't want to take methylene blue (or the other two, actually...but ??‍♀️). So here are some other options...but nothing else will really replace the full mechanism aside from miraculous healing.

Shilajit (purified resin is best) has a load of fulvic acid and dibenzo-α-pyrones - compounds that help mitochondria make energy, support ATP production (no ATP = no life. Cyanide kills in seconds by blocking ATP production) and carry nutrients into cells. It's also a mild metal-binder, a gut-stabiliser
and helps reduce gut inflammation and oxidative stress.
CoQ10 (ubiquinol), helps your cells make energy by keeping the mitochondria running smoothly – it picks up where the damage from spike or stress might have blocked things, gets electrons moving again and clears out some of the internal mess.
PQQ stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis (helps your cells make more mitochondria) Improves cellular oxygen handling and reduces inflammation, has synergistic effects when stacked with CoQ10.
L-carnitine (acetyl or fumarate) transports fatty acids into mitochondria for energy. Great for gut-lining repair, muscle recovery and brain fog, supports oxygen use and reduces lactic acid buildup.
Astaxanthin - Antioxidant, crosses the blood-brain barrier, protects mitochondrial membranes and reduces nitric oxide excess. Great if inflammation is systemic or if symptoms of neuro dysfunction are strong.
Melatonin - I don't recommend synthetic. 100% pure tart cherry juice (Not from concentrate!) is excellent.
It’s a mitochondrial antioxidant, regulates mitochondrial signalling, balances nitric oxide, protects from spike-related oxidative stress.
Lovvare peat sourced fulvic acid is a great choice, though spendy.
The tart cherry juice can be purchased in most grocery stores - just be sure it is 100% pure, not from concentrate and with no other juices in there. I always buy organic because everything with a thin skin like that is otherwise sprayed to death.
